Talent Coach – Remote

About the role

The Talent Coaching team at Toptal ensures that our global talent network performs at its highest level and delivers top‑quality client service. As a Talent Coach you will work remotely, coaching world‑class professionals, addressing performance issues, and delivering workshops to prevent future challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to talent on project management, communication and professionalism.
• Investigate past performance and review interview recordings to ensure compliance with Toptal’s standards.
• Design and deliver live webinars, group coaching sessions and individual workshops.
• Prioritize inbound coaching requests and select the most appropriate coaching method based on data and guidelines.
• Document coaching activities to measure impact and support ROI‑positive scaling of the program.
• Identify process improvements and propose creative solutions to increase efficiency of the Talent Coaching team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in performance management, in‑house coaching or HR business partnering.
• Experience working with technical talent such as developers or designers is a plus.
• Strong customer‑centric communication skills and proficiency with video chat, Slack and email.
• Ability to give objective feedback and guide talent toward actionable improvement.
• Self‑starter attitude, adaptability to rapid changes and a passion for Toptal’s mission.
