Junior HR Admin Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Admin Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions’ H2R team in Lviv. The role supports the full employee lifecycle and daily HR operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Process personal administration actions in SAP/SuccessFactors (hire, re‑hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and personal data updates).
• Manage work schedules, resolve time‑keeping anomalies, and handle absences and attendance in SAP.
• Administer payroll‑related payments and deductions.
• Prepare internal reports and statutory reports for state authorities.
• Analyse KPI trends, identify root causes of errors and propose solutions.
• Lead testing and configuration changes in SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Participate in HR process standardisation projects.
• Support contact‑center HR activities.

Required profile

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Hungarian and English (English at least pre‑intermediate).
• Team‑player with a customer‑first mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, fast learner and well organised.
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
