Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Kyiv team. You will manage full‑cycle recruitment for both IT and non‑IT positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates who match our values and skills requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective search strategies, building a robust candidate pipeline through headhunting and networking.
• Drive and coordinate interview processes, maintaining partnership with hiring managers for optimal candidate placement.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor) and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and actively promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven IT recruitment experience.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) and higher education in a related field.
• High ownership, business‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Teamtailor applicant tracking system.
• Experience conducting competency‑based interviews.
