Talent Acquisition Consultant – Mid‑Level (Kyiv)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Kyiv team. You will manage full‑cycle recruitment for both IT and non‑IT positions, matching candidates’ values and skills with our needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective search strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct active headhunting and networking to source candidates.
• Drive and coordinate interview processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective candidate placement.
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor).
• Conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Promote and strengthen the employer brand.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven IT recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Higher education in a related field.
• High ownership and responsibility.
• Business‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Mandatory office presence.
