About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our fast‑growing team that supplies high‑tech equipment for the defence sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing relationships with both local and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers, improve terms and verify reliability.
• Place and monitor orders, prepare contracts, and handle payment and shipping documentation.
• Maintain business correspondence, draft supply contracts and build a database of alternative suppliers.
• Monitor the global market to identify new sources and sustain relationships with existing partners.
• Process sales‑department requests for price updates and stock availability.
• Control product returns, analyse inventory levels, forecast demand and ensure continuous stock availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including foreign trade (ZED) activities.
• Proven ability to design, optimise and implement procurement processes.
• High responsibility, stress resistance, self‑organisation and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for business communication with foreign partners.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and Ukrainian customs legislation.
