Supply Chain Lead

About the role

ARX Robotics is looking for a senior Supply Chain Lead to own end‑to‑end supply chain activities in a fast‑scaling defence‑tech environment. You will be responsible for demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and delivery of critical components across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate local demand for spare parts and components, place and prioritize orders with European suppliers.
• Serve as the primary contact for European suppliers, communicating requirements, resolving delays and providing transparent order status.
• Coordinate cross‑border supply issues, work with customs brokers, manage documentation and proactively remove shipment blockers.
• Identify, negotiate with, and monitor Ukrainian suppliers for locally procured items.
• Oversee purchase order lifecycle from creation to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Run warehouse operations including receiving, inventory record‑keeping, issuing parts and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Develop basic reorder and forecasting logic based on component complexity, lead times and usage frequency.
• Create SOPs for procurement and warehouse processes to support scaling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement, preferably with manufacturing or hardware.
• Experience communicating directly with international partners or head offices.
• Familiarity with cross‑border/customs processes or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset, using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organized record‑keeping.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
