Logistics Specialist – Kyiv

About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join its Kyiv office. The role supports clinical research operations by managing end‑to‑end logistics, including shipments, import/export compliance and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and shipments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Physically handle incoming and outgoing goods, track shipments and manage returns.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation such as pro forma invoices.
• Submit import/export licence applications and coordinate with customs and couriers.
• Maintain logistics records, inventory counts and study‑related documentation.
• Provide regular reports to management and communicate updates to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Higher education qualification.
• Fluent Ukrainian and upper‑intermediate English (B2).
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of 1C WMS is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or customer service, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently on site.
