Technical Coordinator / Solution Engineer

About the role

Intetics Inc., a global technology company offering custom software development, distributed teams, quality assessment and digital solutions, is hiring a Technical Coordinator / Solution Engineer in Kyiv. The role is a hands-on technical position serving as the primary on-site expert, supporting deployment, configuration, automation, monitoring and troubleshooting in a customer environment. It suits someone with strong infrastructure and operational experience who works independently while collaborating with remote engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and support local server-side software components, including server and viewer setup.
• Manage and support secure data preparation, upload and processing workflows.
• Develop and maintain basic orchestration and automation scripts.
• Monitor environments and proactively troubleshoot issues, investigating setup, configuration, data uploads, processing steps and stability problems.
• Maintain setup documentation, troubleshooting records and operational procedures.
• Communicate with remote product and vendor teams in English and escalate product, environment and data-quality issues.
• Work mostly on-site at the Kyiv customer location, acting as the main technical representative.

Required profile

• Based in Kyiv or willing to work primarily from there, with availability for regular on-site presence.
• Comfortable in a sensitive, secure customer environment and open to customer-side background checks if required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to identify, prioritize and escalate issues.
• Nice to have: DevOps or infrastructure background, on-premises or hybrid infrastructure experience, data processing workflow experience, visualization platform familiarity, encryption basics, API/integration experience, GIS or 3D visualization experience, and customer-facing support or implementation experience.
