Project Manager - Kyiv Design Hub

About the role

Wix's Design Guild, an in-house design studio of over 300 designers, is looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager for its Kyiv Design Hub. You will drive the successful execution of design initiatives, keeping projects moving from planning to delivery while keeping stakeholders aligned and designers focused on their work.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent design initiatives, from scoping and kickoff through planning, execution, delivery and post-launch review.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones and coordinate timelines so projects finish on time and to the expected quality.
• Keep the Kyiv Design Hub and Wix stakeholders in sync by managing communication, aligning expectations and sharing the right information.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early and drive solutions proactively.
• Support designers by reducing operational overhead: coordinate feedback cycles, facilitate reviews and give them the context and resources they need.
• Refine team workflows, documentation and collaboration practices so the hub operates more efficiently and delivers more predictably.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in design, creative, product, marketing or agency environments, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without direct authority.
• A sharp problem-solver who anticipates blockers and adapts quickly when priorities shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana or Jira.
