About the role
Intetics Inc., a technology company offering custom software development, team building, quality assessment and digital solutions, is looking for a DevOps Technical Interviewer. The role involves assessing candidates' DevOps knowledge and working closely with the recruitment team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' proficiency in DevOps practices, tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and refine interview questions aligned with the company's DevOps role requirements and standards.
- Provide detailed feedback and analysis of candidate skills to hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
- Stay up to date with the latest DevOps technologies and practices so that interviewing techniques remain current.
Required profile
- Strong technical background with extensive experience in DevOps environments.
- Previous experience in technical interviewing, coaching or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Professional demeanor and ability to give constructive, unbiased feedback.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
