Freight Audit - Invoice Auditor (Remote, Ukraine)

About the role

Transporeon, a Trimble company, is looking for a detail-oriented problem solver to join its Freight Audit team. As an invoice auditor, you will act as the final check on freight invoices, keeping global logistics accurate and efficient. The role is fully remote, based in Ukraine, with no travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and confirm freight invoices using an advanced web platform to ensure billing accuracy.
• Analyze complex shipment data to find ways to make logistics more efficient for customers.
• Verify the logic behind financial calculations to maintain high-quality data integrity.
• Collaborate with international customers and colleagues across the globe using internal systems.

Required profile

• Intermediate English skills and a willingness to work with people from many cultures.
• Proven experience using Google Sheets or MS Excel for data tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to handle several tasks in a fast pace.
• Bonus points for previous JIRA experience and basic knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry.
