Customer Experience Consultant – Ukraine & Georgia Direct Transport

About the role

Maersk is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to report directly to the Ukraine & Georgia Direct Transport Customer Experience Manager. You will own and manage the customer experience of small and mid-sized customers (Essential Services Customers) in compliance with company procedures. The role sits within a global, values-led organisation and offers exposure to a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end customer experience within the assigned scope, in line with company procedures and customer agreements.
• Manage end-to-end shipment processes in compliance with company procedures.
• Own all customer issues and resolve them promptly by engaging the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound customer queries and cases professionally, taking issues through to resolution.
• Identify the root cause of issues and advise management on potential service failures and trends.
• Work independently with limited guidance and supervise others when relevant.

Required profile

• Native or local Ukrainian speaker (mandatory).
• Experience in logistics, transport or supply chain sectors (mandatory).
• Excellent command of English and Ukrainian (mandatory).
• Ability to work in complex situations with a flexible, adaptable mindset.
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
