Product Manager (Retention & Growth)

About the role

Clario, a consumer-focused company building smart yet simple apps, is hiring a Product Manager (Retention & Growth) remotely. You will optimize the user journey around activation and the post-purchase lifecycle, run experiments across a portfolio of white-hat mobile products and work with data to drive retention and LTV.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the user journey with a focus on activation and the complete post-purchase lifecycle to drive retention and key product metrics.
• Lead experimentation across mobile products to achieve strategic goals, especially Retention and LTV.
• Develop and test new user retention mechanics and analyze user behavior to find opportunities for engagement.
• Evaluate competitors, user needs and market trends using product analytics to drive strategic change.
• Work with cross-functional teams on funnel and product analytics and implement data-driven strategies.
• Use Tableau and the Data Lake to find root causes, set up tracking control points and automate reporting.
• Mentor teams by helping them spot bottlenecks, find insights and set clear objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Retention Manager in B2C mobile products (subscription monetization, w2a, Tier-1).
• Proven experience on user activation and retention mechanics.
• Experience in a performance-marketing-driven environment and with data, including A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and the competitive environment; real-world cases of recovering product metrics in crises are an advantage.
• Data-driven, ownership mindset and strong teamwork.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.
