Middle-Senior Meta User Acquisition Manager

About the role

You will develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive dating products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines. You will continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising strategies for dating products while staying within budget.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI metrics.
• Conduct competitor research, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and specialists to create ads and landing pages.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
• At least one year of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
• Ability to analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Good technical skills in FB Pixel and API integration.
• Experience managing budgets over $30k in highly competitive verticals.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
