Marketing Analytics Specialist

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance marketing performance dashboards and standardized reports.
• Ensure data accuracy through routine validation, quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Support KPI governance and metric standardisation initiatives.
• Automate and optimise reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions.
• Provide user support, documentation and guidance for reporting tools and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data quality and analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of marketing performance reporting, KPI governance and metric standardisation.
• Experience collecting, validating and consolidating data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality.
• Proficiency in SQL and DAX; Python is an advantage.
• Experience with reporting automation and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, resolve data issues and generate business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and deliver high‑quality outputs within agreed timelines.
