About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is a global team delivering smart, efficient solutions that keep Nestlé running worldwide. The Lviv team is looking for a passionate digital enthusiast to join the Social Media Services Associate role and contribute to the company’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze online data relevant to Nestlé brands, covering sentiment, product categories and marketing activities.
• Monitor owned Nestlé social media channels and distribute posts to the appropriate markets.
• Track and analyze online content about Nestlé and its brands across media outlets, blogs and platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and generate reports using web‑analytics tools.
• Provide alerts on activity across all Nestlé social media channels.
• Prepare detailed reports using data‑analytics methods.

Required profile

• Strong interest and knowledge of social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to deliver detailed reporting.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective communicator and team player.
