Social Media Services Associate (German)

About the role

Nestlé Business Services Lviv is looking for a Social Media Services Associate with strong German language skills. You will join a global team that manages Nestlé’s online channels, engages with consumers, and ensures high‑quality communication across e‑retail platforms, social media and forums.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor owned Nestlé online channels, engage with consumers using the appropriate tone‑of‑voice, and post content to the market.
• Respond promptly to consumer inquiries via email, contact‑us forms, LiveChat and phone, providing accurate information and following up until issues are resolved.
• Redirect complex questions to relevant stakeholders and handle serious or sensitive contacts according to Nestlé CES standards.
• Participate in KPI analysis, root‑cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect consumer feedback, maintain a FAQ database and update knowledge‑base documents.
• Ensure standards are up‑to‑date with legal, process changes and Nestlé best practices, and align with brand updates in regular online meetings.

Required profile

• Digital enthusiast with a strong interest in online environments such as e‑retail platforms, social media and forums.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to produce detailed reports.
• Proficient user of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced German (written and spoken) and intermediate to upper‑intermediate English.
• Effective communicator and team player.
