Key Account Manager – Technical Plastics Sales

About the role

Ultrapolymers is looking for a Key Account Manager in Ukraine to drive sustainable sales growth in the technical plastics market. You will build long-term customer partnerships, expand the customer base and execute the company's commercial strategy, directly contributing to market development and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing partners
• Prepare offers and lead commercial negotiations
• Achieve sales targets and report results in CRM
• Monitor market trends and industry developments
• Take part in product trainings, trade fairs and industry events
• Travel regularly within designated safe zones in Ukraine to support customers and business development

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in a technical or chemical field
• Several years of experience in technical plastics sales
• Fluent English for daily communication with suppliers and headquarters
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian for cooperation with customers across the country
• Strong organisational skills, goal-oriented and proactive
• Willingness to travel and a valid category B driving licence
