Sales Consultant - Architectural Aluminum Systems

About the role

Alumil, a leader in the production of architectural aluminum systems, is looking for a Sales Consultant in Kyiv. The role drives sales growth and maintains client relationships in the competitive aluminum market, covering everything from initial outreach to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively seek new clients such as manufacturers, developers, architects, investors and designers, and build lasting relationships with key clients in your territory
• Manage the full sales process and take part in project-based initiatives, including system selection, consultations and project support
• Present Alumil's products and services with technical support and expertise
• Create proposals together with marketing and engineering teams
• Take part in industry exhibitions and events to promote the brand and expand the network
• Achieve sales targets, manage the CRM, conduct market and client analysis, forecast sales and carry out market research
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, façade, window or architectural systems
• Experience leading a sales team is highly valued
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
• Project management and strong organizational skills
