Associate Principal, Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

IQVIA Consulting is looking for an Associate Principal in Consulting Services in Kyiv to expand IQVIA's client base and grow the business in Ukraine. The role focuses on strategy consulting, developing solutions that meet client needs and driving business success, while building strong client relationships and enhancing IQVIA's presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic consulting initiatives to expand IQVIA's client base in Ukraine.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business drivers and needs.
• Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality consulting services that drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Required profile

• Degree in business, economics or healthcare.
• Extensive experience in strategy consulting with a proven track record of building client relationships and growing the business.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian market, with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge being a strong advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian is required.
