Key Account Manager - Eastern Region, Ukraine

About the role

Baxter is hiring a Key Account Manager for its Eastern Region in Ukraine, based in Dnipro or Poltava. You will take ownership of a customer portfolio or territory and work with customers and healthcare professionals to grow commercial results and improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, healthcare decision-makers and clinical stakeholders, acting as the primary commercial contact.
• Identify business opportunities and market trends with distributors and customers, and support commercial and marketing initiatives in the territory.
• Promote products and communicate their clinical and business value.
• Execute local commercial and marketing strategies and develop territory plans based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Contribute to forecasting, business planning and strategic decisions.
• Organise and take part in customer meetings, educational events, workshops and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Product Management or a similar commercial role in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with hospital customers, distributors and healthcare decision-makers.
• Experience in territory management, business planning and executing commercial activities.
• Public procurement and tender experience is an advantage.
