Business Development Manager – iGaming

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives in the iGaming sector. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, and converting international leads into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect potential clients, identify decision‑makers, and build targeted outbound lists.
• Craft personalized outreach messages for email and LinkedIn and manage multi‑step sequences.
• Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT, SPIN or MEDDIC and track all activities in HubSpot.
• Conduct discovery calls, present services, handle objections and negotiate with middle‑management and C‑level contacts.
• Collaborate with internal project managers, art directors and other teams, sharing client context and escalating risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or outbound sales, preferably with international clients.
• Strong written and spoken English (Upper‑Intermediate to Advanced) and resilience to long sales cycles.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and meet qualification criteria.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar) for pipeline management and reporting.
• LinkedIn and email outreach sequencing.
• Sales qualification frameworks: BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC.
