Sales Executive – Ukraine

About the role

As a Sales Executive for Glovo in Ukraine you will partner with local stores and larger brands to bring them onto the Glovo platform. You will work closely with other sales executives and a cross‑functional local team to grow the partner portfolio across Kyiv and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a prospect portfolio, negotiating with restaurants and retailers to list them on Glovo.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition to account management.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives set by the Area Manager or Head of Sales.
• Coordinate sales plans together with the Head of Sales and the Account Management team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of high‑performance sales experience handling complex deals.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent organisational, planning and analytical abilities, especially when assessing partner data.
• Ability to manage long‑term negotiations, foster partnerships and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with the food‑delivery market and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
