HR Partner – Employee Experience

About the role

At Avon, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an HR Partner to join our People team and help deliver a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, performance management, internal mobility and off‑boarding processes.
• Act as first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations cases, investigations and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate internal communications, engagement initiatives and change‑management activities.
• Maintain compliance with local labour laws, manage employee records and liaise with payroll and benefits providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an HR Generalist, Advisor or similar role.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and local employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Fluent English and proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
