Recruitment Marketing Specialist

About the role

Preply is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will translate hiring priorities into creative attraction activities, events and campaigns that connect with target talent audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute attraction plans for priority chapters such as Engineering, Data/AI, Design and Commercial.
• Partner with TA, hiring leaders and Brand to brief campaigns, career‑page updates and event materials.
• Own the Glassdoor strategy, including review responses, reputation themes and profile improvements.
• Coordinate paid and organic recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, job boards and niche talent platforms.
• Shape and deliver talent events, from meet‑ups and conferences to sponsorships and in‑house activations.
• Measure impact of events, campaigns and Glassdoor activity through KPIs like reach, engagement, leads and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction or employer brand activation within a fast‑growing tech business.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with TA, Brand, hiring leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Data‑informed mindset: able to track performance, extract insights and iterate on tactics.
• Excellent briefing ability to turn hiring context into clear inputs for Brand and Employer Brand teams.
• Advanced English proficiency and comfort working on‑site in Kyiv or Barcelona.
