Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech & Product

About the role

Preply is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech & Product to lead hiring for product, design and related tech functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shape hiring strategies, and help scale the organization with top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Product, Design and related Tech roles, partnering closely with functional leaders.
• Advise hiring managers on talent strategy, market expectations and decision‑making.
• Design and execute creative sourcing campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Champion structured, evidence‑based hiring practices, including scorecards and interview calibration.
• Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Identify and fix process gaps, proposing actionable improvements.
• Support Engineering hiring when priorities shift, leveraging technical understanding.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding to boost visibility for Tech & Product roles.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with strong exposure to Product, Design and Tech hiring.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, product‑led tech environments.
• Deep in‑house recruiting expertise and a passion for candidate experience.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to influence decisions.
• Solid understanding of Product and Design craft and how hiring needs evolve.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and solving hiring challenges.
• Team‑first, low‑ego attitude focused on raising the bar for Tech & Product hiring.
