Partnership & Membership Coordinator – Kyiv (Project-based)

About the role

The Partnership & Membership Coordinator will strengthen and expand the Alliance of Ukrainian Civil Society Organisations’ network, supporting localisation objectives and enhancing collaboration among members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain membership criteria, processes and approaches aligned with the Alliance’s objectives.
• Design and implement partnership and network development strategies, fostering collaboration, learning and resource sharing.
• Coordinate members, support planning and delivery of activities, and provide technical advice and strategic guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with civil society organisations, community representatives, public authorities and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in social sciences, human rights, development studies or related field (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).
• Minimum five years experience in partnership management, programme development, network coordination or organisational development, preferably in humanitarian, development or peacebuilding contexts.
• Proven experience working with civil society organisations, NGOs, UN agencies or donors, with strong networking and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and high‑level spoken and written English.
