Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and attract top global talent.
• Perform proactive cold searches and use innovative approaches to source hidden talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring needs with strategic goals.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless journey from application to onboarding.
• Champion MGID’s employer brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice worldwide.
• Experiment with new sourcing and engagement methods to continuously improve talent acquisition.
• Identify and implement process improvements, introducing new tools for efficiency.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies and team collaboration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience with a passion for the full hiring cycle.
• Enjoys the challenge of cold searching and independently sourcing hidden talent.
• Curious and proactive, eager to dive into new processes and contribute fresh ideas.
• Experimental and creative in developing talent sourcing and engagement strategies.
• Structured and analytical, using data to inform recruitment decisions.
• Collaborative, building strong relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with meticulous management of recruitment steps.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced, dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
