About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join TechBiz Global’s fast‑growing recruitment team. You will connect senior‑level IT and non‑IT professionals with global clients, helping them meet their hiring goals across European and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract highly specialized candidates for senior positions using advanced search techniques.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure only top talent is presented to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply cutting‑edge evaluation methods.
• Build and nurture a strong professional network both online and offline to promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and non‑IT recruitment.
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong understanding of job requirements and assessment criteria for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and expand a professional network.

• Conducting interviews via Teams, Zoom or Skype.
