Customer Care Expert (German Speaker)

About the role

Wix's Customer Care Guild is looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Expert in Kyiv, working Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00. The team represents the voice of Wix's 278 million users worldwide and works closely with Product to understand Wix technologies and services, uncovering users' business needs and guiding them to success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide care to users through calls, chats and email
• Learn each user's business goals and needs, and guide them through their journey with advice on their sites and businesses
• Help users solve problems while showing them other ways to achieve their goals
• Analyze user behavior, content suitability and relevance to understand its effect on user satisfaction
• Maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
• Influence how users are supported so their experience is as good as possible
• Work with other departments and product teams, staying aligned on users' needs

Required profile

• Fully proficient in German and at least intermediate English
• 1+ year of customer service experience in any industry
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently and take initiative
• Passion for helping others succeed and curiosity about what drives users
• Great communication skills and fast learning ability
