Retention Agent – Kyiv & Odesa (Remote)

About the role

Join a leading global brokerage firm as a Retention Agent, working remotely from anywhere in Ukraine while supporting clients in Kyiv and Odesa. You will build strong relationships with existing traders, ensuring their satisfaction and long‑term engagement with our Forex and CFD platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone, email, or chat to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Educate clients about trading platforms, products, and available tools.
• Assist clients with inquiries and guide them through the trading process.
• Work towards achieving individual and team targets.
• Support clients in developing their trading potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retention or client relationship roles (strong advantage).
• Positive, winner’s spirit attitude and high motivation to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
