Communications Specialist – Media & Social Channels

About the role

Ciklum is seeking a Communications Specialist to drive its external communication strategy. You will work closely with internal teams to shape and amplify the brand across media, social platforms, and recruitment campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage external content such as media pitches, press releases, expert comments, and articles.
• Plan, write, and adapt engaging posts for corporate Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Develop promotional texts for priority open positions and hiring initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor communications, and best‑practice benchmarks.
• Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR impact using relevant metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in external communications, PR, or media relations within the IT sector.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) and fluent Ukrainian.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing corporate LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content‑creation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset for measuring PR impact.
