Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social & AI

About the role

BetterMe is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid social acquisition channels. You will work in a fast‑paced, global product team, leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing and drive user growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid social campaigns using AI‑powered tools for rapid testing cycles.
• Identify emerging trends with AI, generate creative hypotheses and inform bidding strategies.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives and campaign structures to continuously improve performance.
• Translate performance insights into clear briefs for design and creative teams.
• Collaborate with analytics and creative partners to build full‑funnel acquisition strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance and forecast impact on key business metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and paid‑social campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads platform, audience targeting, creative formats and attribution.
• Proven ability to use AI tools for research, content creation, analysis or optimisation.
• Experience turning performance data into business forecasts and clear reports.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to generate ideas and solve problems.
