Senior IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead the search for top engineering talent across Latin America. You will partner closely with hiring managers, design innovative sourcing strategies, and influence hiring decisions for complex technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from market research to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source hard‑to‑find engineers using platforms, professional communities, referrals and market analysis.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide strategic push‑back and recommend optimal hiring approaches.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews assessing technical expertise, motivation, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience that is efficient, transparent and respectful.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Experiment with AI‑powered tools, automation and new sourcing techniques to accelerate hiring.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on software engineering and technical roles in an international setting.
• Proven success sourcing scarce technical talent across multiple channels.
• Strong familiarity with current technology stacks and ability to evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms and interpreting recruitment metrics.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication.
