Senior IT Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead the full recruitment cycle for technical positions across Latin America. You will partner with hiring managers, design innovative sourcing strategies, and help shape hiring decisions for challenging engineering roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from manager brief to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source hard‑to‑fill engineering talent using platforms, communities, referrals and market research.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, challenge assumptions and recommend optimal hiring paths.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates on technical expertise, motivation, communication and cultural fit.
• Maintain a fast, transparent and respectful candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Experiment with AI‑powered tools, automation and creative sourcing techniques.
• Stay informed on technology trends, talent market shifts and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience focused on software engineering in an international setting.
• Proven ability to engage hard‑to‑find technical candidates through diverse channels.
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and using data‑driven insights.
• Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting metrics and driving improvements.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Required skills

• Familiarity with modern tech stacks: Java, JavaScript.NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and structured hiring workflows.
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for sourcing, outreach or research.
