Global Recruiter – Niche Tech Roles

About the role

We are seeking a Global Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead high‑complexity, niche technical hiring across multiple regions. You will work closely with hiring managers worldwide, handling both specialized tech positions and occasional non‑technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a mixed portfolio of niche technical and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and hiring strategies.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, networking and market mapping.
• Conduct initial and deep‑dive candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights, talent availability updates and timeline guidance to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops and offer processes across time zones.
• Support offer preparation and negotiation in collaboration with HR partners.
• Prepare talent mapping reports for hard‑to‑fill roles when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment, including tech hiring.
• Proven track record closing both non‑technical and niche technical positions (e.g., data & AI, architecture, cyber‑security).
• Strong sourcing expertise with a focus on passive candidate engagement.
• Ability to work independently with hiring managers across different countries and time zones.
