Graphic Designer

About the role

Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app, with 500M+ downloads and 7M paid subscribers. We’re building AI‑powered, privacy‑first digital health solutions and need a Graphic Designer to create compelling visuals for marketing, product experiences and medical education.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and animated graphics for marketing campaigns, product experiences and medical education.
• Collaborate with user acquisition, product, content, medical and social teams to create visual assets that drive engagement.
• Translate complex health and scientific topics into easy‑to‑digest illustrations and infographics.
• Use insights from user research, A/B testing and analytics to refine designs for effectiveness.
• Ensure all creative output follows accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, especially in digital or app‑based contexts.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing designs for ads, apps and social channels.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks in parallel.
