AI-Native Product Design Lead (UX/UI)

About the role

Swarmer is building autonomous‑drone command‑and‑control software and needs a hands‑on design leader to own the user experience of its mission‑critical interfaces. You will shape how operators plan, simulate, execute and review complex multi‑drone missions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product experience across mission planning, simulation, execution, real‑time monitoring and post‑mission review.
• Translate complex operational requirements into clear information architecture, workflows, interaction models and interface states.
• Create sketches, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and working interfaces using Figma and AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Lead design standards, build and maintain a design system, and establish scalable UX processes.
• Conduct user research with operators and field teams, synthesize feedback and turn insights into actionable design decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product, UX or interaction design experience with ownership of complex digital products.
• Portfolio showing end‑to‑end design cycles for high‑stakes, state‑heavy interfaces.
• Experience defining and evolving design systems and reusable interaction patterns.
• Strong knowledge of usability principles, information architecture and user‑research methods.
• Ability to work with sensitive defense information and follow strict operational‑security practices.
