Vice President of Finance

About the role

BlueThrone is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance to lead its global financial engine. Reporting directly to the founders, you will be the primary business partner, turning data into strategic decisions that drive growth across a portfolio of mobile apps and strategic acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the group financial model, budget and rolling forecast, translating portfolio data into actionable unit economics.
• Partner with founders and COO on capital allocation, evaluating investment opportunities and acquisition targets.
• Lead financial underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring and post‑close integration for M&A activities.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders and investors, structuring and refinancing debt to fund growth.
• Oversee global consolidation, cash‑flow management, treasury, tax strategy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Mentor and expand the finance team, fostering a culture of clarity and accountability in a fully remote organization.

Required profile

• Certified CPA with extensive experience in mobile‑app, consumer subscription or B2B SaaS businesses.
• Proven track record in FP&A, controlling and financial reporting across international entities.
• Strong expertise in M&A underwriting, capital allocation and investor relations.
• Deep knowledge of tax structuring, transfer pricing, VAT and cross‑border compliance.
