Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, result‑driven Talent Sourcer to join Innovecs, a global digital services company. You will help build pipelines of top talent for our clients across the EU and USA, using modern sourcing techniques and AI‑enhanced tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for open positions across multiple technology domains.
• Leverage online job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals to identify candidates.
• Maintain relationships with potential candidates and create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with market research, candidate outreach and interview coordination.
• Stay current with sourcing trends and continuously improve the talent acquisition process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in outsourcing or similar environments.
• Proven ability to source candidates in the EU and/or USA.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple requisitions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using AI‑driven sourcing tools.
