Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team and help us attract top talent for challenging positions across FinTech, Payments, Infrastructure, and Engineering. This role is for a true hunter who enjoys solving complex sourcing puzzles and reaching candidates that others cannot.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates for technical and business roles in FinTech, Payments, and technology.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and niche talent pool development.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to improve sourcing efficiency and discover new talent pools.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for specialized roles.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and refine approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Talent or Technical Sourcer.
• Proven experience sourcing within FinTech, Payments, EMI or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X‑Ray search.
• Daily use of AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent written communication in English and fluency in Russian.
