HR Admin Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Lviv as an HR Admin Specialist, supporting HR processes and documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage document administration of HR orders, applications and supporting documents.
• Provide support and collaborate with managers and employees on HR processes.
• Handle time management in SAP work schedules, resolve anomalies, manage absences/attendance and evaluate time.
• Prepare internal reports and reports to state authorities.
• Manage and resolve employee requests and system tickets promptly.
• Participate in KPI trend analysis, root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving.
• Deliver operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Proactive team player with a customer‑first mindset.
• Attention to detail and fast learning ability.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Well‑organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
