Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Kyiv)

About the role

Shield AI is looking for its first Talent Acquisition team member based in Ukraine. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with the global Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders to recruit technical and non-technical talent across Kyiv and Lviv, managing the full candidate journey from pipeline building to offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates outside standard channels such as LinkedIn, using local job boards, Ukrainian veteran networks, industry communities, referrals, events and your own network
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Work with PX Partners to align on hiring needs, internal mobility and performance considerations
• Source, engage and screen talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring
• Guide candidates through the interview process until offer acceptance
• Share market insights, pipeline updates and hiring recommendations with hiring managers

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in a technical recruiting role
• Experience sourcing outside standard channels and sourcing engineering talent
• Experience recruiting in the defence, aerospace, autonomy or advanced technology sectors
• Fluent Ukrainian and English
• Preferred: experience supporting hiring alongside global teams and a passion for process improvement

Required skills

• Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Ashby experience is a plus
• Organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
