Senior IT Recruiter

About the role

Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company active in over 25 countries, is looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter in Kyiv. The role leads end-to-end recruitment for IT positions worldwide, working with internal stakeholders to attract top talent through creative sourcing strategies, deep research and global market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle hiring process for global roles, with a focus on critical, hard-to-fill external searches in enterprise software and technical engineering positions
• Develop sourcing strategies using global market research and talent intelligence
• Partner with hiring managers, the operations lead and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives
• Create a positive, engaging recruitment journey with smooth communication and a seamless interview process
• Drive inclusive hiring, especially within the contact center, and manage niche hiring across several geographies
• Improve hiring workflows, use recruitment technologies and apply hiring metrics and analytics to forecast talent needs

Required profile

• 4+ years of end-to-end hiring experience, with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, operational leaders and executives
• Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while advancing diversity and inclusion
• Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders

Required skills

• Passive talent sourcing, market mapping and competitor intelligence
• Analytical skills to track hiring metrics and optimise time-to-hire
• Experience hiring for contact center technologies such as Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9 and similar cloud-based and on-premises solutions
