Senior Clinical Trials Assistant, Single Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Senior Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA) to join its FSP team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This is a full-time, office-based position dedicated to a single sponsor, supporting the smooth delivery of clinical trials through coordination, documentation and study support. You will work closely with CRAs and RSU colleagues to ensure quality and compliance, and share your experience with newer CTAs.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain clinical documents and systems such as the Trial Master File (TMF) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines
• Prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports according to scope of work and SOPs
• Review study files periodically for completeness
• Help prepare and distribute clinical trial supplies and maintain tracking information
• Coordinate tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow
• Act as central contact for project communications, correspondence and related documentation
• Mentor less experienced CTAs, assist with their training and onboarding, and act as subject matter expert for business processes
• May lead CTA study teams, help interview and screen new team members, and accompany CRAs on site visits after completing required training
• May take part in departmental quality or process improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, or an apprenticeship in life sciences or office management, plus administrative experience, preferably in medicine or pharmaceuticals
• At least 2 years of clinical research experience as a CTA or in a similar role within a CRO or healthcare organization
• Fluent Ukrainian (at least C1 level) and good command of English
• Effective communication, organizational and planning skills; able to work independently and prioritize across multiple projects
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
