Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Senior CRA, Ukraine

About the role

iQVIA is hiring experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Senior CRAs in Central and Western Ukraine. You will join a global team and contribute to improving patients' outcomes through clinical research.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices against Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion and data query resolutions
• Work with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline or health care
• At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience
• Experience monitoring cardiovascular, renal and metabolic studies preferred
• Very good computer skills, including MS Office
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and English
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
• Flexibility to travel and a class B driver's licence
