Sales Manager – Cement Sales in Kyiv Region

About the role

VIPCEM, a leading cement and concrete producer in Ukraine, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to expand cement sales across Kyiv and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for driving growth, acquiring new B2B customers, and strengthening relationships with existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and increase cement sales within the assigned territory.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new customers such as industrial cement users, construction firms, concrete producers, dry‑mix manufacturers, and road‑construction contractors.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and business partners.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, pricing, supply terms, and payment conditions.
• Coordinate deliveries with production and logistics teams.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent VIPCEM at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Prepare regular sales and market performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a construction‑related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or building‑materials.
• Proven success in new‑business development, territory management, and customer portfolio growth.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management abilities.
