Associate Territory Director – Ukraine

About the role

Silvus, a Motorola Solutions company, is seeking an Associate Territory Director for Ukraine. This full‑time position will support the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development, driving revenue, customer engagement, and strategic initiatives across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the International Sales team to execute territory sales strategy and achieve revenue goals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in defense, government, and public safety markets.
• Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Represent Silvus at trade shows, industry events, and field demos to build pipeline and brand awareness.
• Maintain opportunity data, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Support proposal processes and collaborate with internal teams to align on customer deliverables.
• Monitor regional trends, threats, and competitor activity, providing insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education and at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience with tactical communications, wireless systems, or networking technologies.
• Proven sales experience to defense, public safety, or technology sectors.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tactical communications, wireless systems, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Understanding of international government sales or foreign military sales (FMS/FMF) is a plus.
