Associate Territory Director – Ukraine

About the role

Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies is looking for an Associate Territory Director to drive revenue, customer engagement, and strategic initiatives across Ukraine. The role reports to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development and offers broad exposure to high‑impact sales engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the International Sales team to execute territory sales strategy and achieve revenue goals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in defense, government, and public‑safety markets.
• Represent Silvus at trade shows, industry events, and field demos to build pipeline and brand awareness.
• Track opportunity data, customer interactions, and forecasting in the CRM and support proposal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience with tactical communications, wireless systems, or networking technologies.
• Proven sales experience to defense, public‑safety, or technology sectors.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Self‑starter with strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tactical communications, wireless systems, or networking technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with international government sales or foreign military sales (FMS/FMF) is a plus.
