Recruitment Operations Specialist (Remote, Ukraine)

About the role

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Operations Specialist to support its Talent Acquisition team. The position is based in Ukraine and can be performed remotely, focusing on operational reporting, document handling, and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and maintain statistical trackers.
• Monitor data quality, eliminate duplicate records, and provide ad‑hoc data extracts.
• Coordinate with Accounting for salary‑related calculations.
• Maintain and process recruiting documentation, draft and update job descriptions, and ensure accurate vacancy postings.
• Support approval workflows, manage employee referral processes, and keep team calendars up to date.
• Provide backup for recurring operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive attitude with ownership‑driven approach.
• Basic understanding of data confidentiality when handling candidate information.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet skills (formulas, data hygiene) – Google Sheets / Excel.
• Experience with reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse).
